Inner Alignment 8-week Coaching Program

This online 8-Week program integrates mindfulness, law of attraction, energetic healing, self-compassion, body-based somatic practices that are grounded in neuroscience to reduce stress, burnout and overwhelm. During these 8-weeks you will learn about about your energetic imbalances and practices to bring them back into equilibrium. Leverage the law of attraction to set the vision for your life and create momentum in that direction. Develop awareness around your stress reactivity and resistance patterns and how to shorten the cycle. Rewire the brain and body to release old fear and belief patterns to unlock deeper connection, self-love, and inner peace.

Heart Center Program

Heart Center is an APP based program with short practices to support you to connect inward. These practices help bring you back into the present moment where life is happening. There are breath, tactile, body awareness, movement, and meditation practices to help you find your center. And new content will be added as inspiration and feedback from the community comes in. This is a subscription based program that costs $12.50 per month/$150.00 annually. Practice living in the NOW and within your Heart Center.

10-Week Online Mindful Self-Compassion

Extended Short Course + Two Retreats

This online 10-week, 60 minute Extended Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) is a highly experiential program that will teach you how to care for yourself with understanding and support when you need it most—when you fail, feel inadequate, or are suffering. The SC-MSC program builds the skills of mindfulness and develops the resource of self-compassion to enhance your capacity for emotional resilience.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-Week Course + Retreat

This online 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course teaches the principles and practice of mindfulness, leading to increased focus & attentional control, self & situational awareness, and emotional regulation, while also decreasing stress, improving well-being, and heightening effectiveness in all aspects of life. Mindfulness training rewires your neural networks, reduces cortisol levels, improves cognition, memory & executive function, and results in extensive physiological benefits, creating a healthier, more resilient, productive and peaceful you.

INNER ALIGNMENT HEALING SESSION

The Inner Alignment Soul Retrieval Process heals the root of trauma because it helps your child self, which is trapped and replaying old patterns, to connect with your current adult self to heal the separation that was established decades prior. When you resolve the child self’s issues, you are able to reconnect with your adult self in the present moment in a more integrated way.
